About the Group This group specialize in delivering new build and complex fit-out refurb projects up to $50 mil in Victoria. They have long standing relationships with private development and government groups and have grown steadily over the last five years to now turnover $120 mil per year. They are looking for a Construction Manager to join their company due to an increase of projects.
Responsibilities
- You will report to the Director and oversee 4-5 projects at a time.
- Manage set budgets and programs, prepare and present monthly construction reports to the owner.
- Manage recruitment for your project teams.
- Provide expert advice during the bid management phase on construction methodology, procurement and cost.
- Ensure all company policies relating to EH&S, Quality Assurance and site procedures are adhered to.
