ROLE OVERVIEW
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and feedback to Supervisors
- Engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
- Allocating new projects to Supervisors
- Acting as the second-in-command to the Building Manager
- Managing your own custom home builds
- Maintaining quality standards throughout projects
- Overseeing daily operations, including trades, suppliers, and paperwork
- Supervising the display centre
