At Hill International, we are looking for a Technical Construction Manager to be based in **Barcelona **.The Technical Construction Manager is responsible for the management, managerial oversight, administration, and coordination of the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction on timely and economical basis.- Coordination of contractors on building project- Monitoring of construction / hotel reform works, including civil works and facilities.- Supervision of onsite QC/QA staff- Coordinate with onsite owner's representative- Coordinate with the Facultative direction to guarantee the fulfillment of the project, the quality and the security.- Resolve field issues in cooperation with A/E- Work monitoring with direct interface with the General Contractor.- Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings- Document management: joint review with the Document Controller of the monthly certifications, planning and other work documents.- Support offi...
