Construction Manager

What’s the Job?
We are seeking aConstructionManager to oversee and direct construction activities from project conception through completion at the Belleville Plant. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on construction supervision, and the ability to manage schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards in a fully onsite environment.
Pay Rate: $85 – $95 per hour
Standard Hours: 35 hours per week
Travel Requirement: 0–20%

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from initiation through completion
• Review project plans in detail to develop schedules, define deliverables, and estimate costs
• Manage and monitor all onsite and offsite construction activities
• Ensure compliance with building codes, company standards, and safety regulations
