EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any Engineering course.
  • With more than 10 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects (vertical and horizontal).
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer.  Highly knowledgeable in construction methods and system.
  • Highly familiar with engineering codes & technical standards.
  • Computer proficient and Project Scheduling applications.
  • Above average communication skills, people-oriented, and with excellent leadership qualities. 
  • Knowledgeable in conflict resolution.

  • Ensure effective and efficient management of project execution.
  • Prepare detailed Construction Schedule.
  • Ensure complete, accurate and timely issuance of BOM (Bill of Materials).
