Construction Manager

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Overall planning, coordination, and supervision of bungalow construction projects
• Manage daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate with Chinese consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, quality control, safety compliance, and workmanship standards
• Prepare and manage construction schedules, manpower planning, and site resources
• Ensure compliance with BCA, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
• Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and construction discrepancies
• Attend site meetings and report project status to management
• Control project costs and minimize wastage and rework
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
