+ Bid, negotiate, and assign subcontracts.
+ Collaborate with the project coordinator on procurement.
+ Manage job site progress with subcontractors and inspectors.
+ Communicate effectively with clients.
+ Oversee JTL workforce management.
+ Conduct punch out and project closeout processes..
