Construction Manager (CM)

Technical Source is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative / Construction Lead to support a long-range capital expansion program at a regulated Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This individual will act as the Owner’s on-site construction authority, serving as the primary interface between the client, EPCM partner, and the Construction Management (CM) firm.

The successful candidate will ensure that engineering, construction, CQ/Validation, and plant operations remain aligned from planning through system turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between Owner, EPCM, and CM during planning and active construction.
• Hold EPCM/CM accountable to approved schedule, cost, safety, and quality baselines.
• Review and manage change requests, cost reports, and monthly invoices in partnership with Project Controls.
