Construction Manager

Position: Construction Manager - Civil

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards
• Coordinate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of construction activities
• Monitor and control project progress identifying and addressing any issues or delays
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site
• Review and approve project designs, plans and specifications
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
• Manage project budget including cost estimation, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary
