Construction Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Construction Manager to oversee field operations for land development and underground utility projects. This role is responsible for leading field teams, coordinating daily on‑site activities, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Manage day‑to‑day field operations across multiple sites and ensure effective deployment of crews, equipment, and resources Lead, mentor, and support foremen, operators, labourers, subcontractors, and Site Superintendents Oversee installation of underground utilities, including water, sanitary, and storm systems, within land development projects Track progress against schedules and budgets, identify challenges early, and take corrective action to maintain productivity and timelines Enfo...
