Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all logistics activities related to construction and rehabilitation according to MSF protocols and standards. Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and Logistics/Technical Logistics Coordinator to plan, establish, and review all construction and rehabilitation activities, including budgeting. Ensure compliance with MSF standards, protocols, and procedures in all construction/rehabilitation activities. Plan construction/rehabilitation projects, participate in project design and development, and ensure technical aspects comply with local construction habits. Coordinate purchase orders, check materials in stock, and manage warehouse inventory control. Prepare budgets for construction/rehabilitation projects, process invoices for payment, and anticipate cash flow for monthly payments.
