Construction Manager

Provide oversight on multidisciplinary design and construction projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement. Mentor and develop high-level talent within the project teams, ensuring ongoing training in new technologies, leadership, and safety standards. Collaborate with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) on critical project initiatives ensuring that each project remains on budget and schedule as outlined in each respective grant. Assist clients with preliminary conceptual planning and grant application development to secure funding for their initiatives.
