Job Summary

The Commercial Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial suspended and supported scaffolding construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including pre-construction, scheduling, execution, and closeout

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
