Job Description

1. Workforce Planning and Management

  • Oversee daily activities of construction workers and site teams.
  • Plan manpower allocation according to project schedules and workload.
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of workers.
  • Ensure workers have the necessary skills, certifications, and equipment.

2. Site Operations Coordination

  • Ensure construction operations run efficiently on all assigned sites.
  • Coordinate between project managers, site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resolve operational issues immediately to avoid project delays.

3. Safety and Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with safety rules, local labor laws, and company policies.
