Job Description
1. Workforce Planning and Management
- Oversee daily activities of construction workers and site teams.
- Plan manpower allocation according to project schedules and workload.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of workers.
- Ensure workers have the necessary skills, certifications, and equipment.
2. Site Operations Coordination
- Ensure construction operations run efficiently on all assigned sites.
- Coordinate between project managers, site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to avoid project delays.
3. Safety and Compliance
- Enforce compliance with safety rules, local labor laws, and company policies.
