Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager at Story Contracting you will take responsibility for the safe and efficient implementation of projects; whilst providing specialised input into design and development phases. We are seeking someone who is great at managing people, dynamic and accountable. As part of this role the successful candidate will be responsible for a large portfolio of construction and pre-construction projects.

Key accountabilities will include; 

• Provide delivery methodology, resource and programme detail information at both tender and planning stages to achieve a committed solution, programme and net cost for projects
• Responsibility for the efficient, profitable and quality delivery of a portfolio of projects in a Project  Manager’s portfolio through leading and managing the site management team
