Job Title: Construction Manager – Factory Construction

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification :- B.E./B.Tech. CIVIL ENGINEERING

Location: Khalapur (KHOPOLI,RAIGARH,MAHARASHTRA)

CTC: ₹10–12 LPA

Job Summary :- We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Construction Manager to lead and manage factory/industrial construction projects. The role involves end-to-end execution of construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:-

 Plan, manage, and coordinate all construction activities including RCC works, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities

 Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

 Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

 Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and statutory requirements

 Coordinate with clients, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and consultants

 Oversee day-to-day site operations including manpower deployment, equipment planning, and material procurement

 Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs

 Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) systems

Key Requirements :-

 4 to 6 years of experience in factory / industrial construction projects

 Strong hands-on experience in RCC structures, masonry works, plastering, and finishing

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipliner.

 Proficiency in project planning tools such as MS Project, or similar

 Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and Indian standards

 Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent will be an added advantage
