About the role

Join Artans Construction Sdn Bhd as a Construction Manager and play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Pengerang, Johor region.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely problem resolution.
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risk that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide strategic t and recommendations to senior management on project feasibility, design and execution.
