Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering Oy is seeking a Construction Manager for industrial and piping projects to join our client's team in Porvoo, Finland. You will play a key role in leading site activities on a high peak industrial project. Start of work is as soon as possible.

As Construction Manager, you will assume ownership of day-to-day construction operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution throughout all stages of the project. You will be guiding the team through a period of elevated activity and complexity, where strong leadership, planning capability and proactive decision-making are essential.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate, plan and execute installation and assembly operations on site and in the prefabrication workshop with minimal supervision
