Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is looking for a Construction Manager to work out of our Raleigh, NC office. TheConstruction Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process for industrial projects. This includes managing construction crews, scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all work meets or exceeds industry standards for safety, quality, and building code compliance. They should have strong management skills, as well as a thorough understanding of construction processes and an ability to read and interpret blueprints.
