Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities for high-voltage yard expansion (345kV / 138kV)
• Oversee civil and electrical works including foundations, steel structures, transformers, breakers, CTs/PTs, trenching, and tie bus installations
• Coordinate contractors, schedules, safety, and quality during all field execution phases
• Support construction planning during off-peak periods and seasonal transitions
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and in line with project specifications

Requirements

• Proven Construction Manager experience on large civil & electrical projects
• Strong on-site leadership and contractor coordination experience
• Technical trade, technician, or engineering diploma/certification
• First Aid certification
• Willingness to work on-site full-time during construction phases (5+ days/week)
