Job description

The Schuster Group is seeking a Construction Manage r to lead internal development projects and third-party fee-based work from predevelopment through construction closeout. This role manages consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, quality, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered with excellence.

What You’ll Do

· Manage projects through all phases: design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout.

· Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors—including RFPs/RFQs, interviews, contract negotiations, and ongoing management.

· Lead design and pre-construction meetings; maintain budget and schedule targets.

· Oversee construction progress with regular site visits, quality checks, draw approvals, and change-order management.
