Job Description
Job Purpose
The Construction Manager (Electrical) will lead the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning phases of our EPC/EPCM projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical works—ranging from HT power distribution to ELV systems—are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with Singapore's regulatory standards (CP5, SS638, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight & Execution
Supervise the installation of HT (22kV/6.6kV) switchgear, transformers, and cabling.
Manage LT (Low Tension) distribution boards, sub-main cables, and final circuit installations.
Oversee ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems integration, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Public Address systems.
Review and approve Method Statements (MOS), Shop Drawings, and Material Submissions.

Develop and monitor detailed electrical work schedules; ensure progress aligns with the Master Co...
