We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager Theming for an expansion of an existing theme park in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination, and execution of specialized construction projects involving custom themes, ensuring on‑time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for the construction and installation of thematic elements.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring alignment with intricate design specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, track expenses, and handle change orders related to specialized theming work.
• Select, hire, and supervise specialized subcontractors and vendors such as sculptors, painters, and fabricators, coordinating their schedules and activities.
