We are seeking an entry-level Construction Materials Testing Technician to join our team in Memphis, TN. This role involves supporting upcoming projects in West Tennessee and NE Arkansas. You will learn to perform quality assurance and quality control testing on concrete, soils, and aggregates from commercial construction sites. This includes tests performed both in the field and in the materials lab.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct QA/QC testing on construction materials including concrete, soils, and aggregates.
+ Perform field and lab tests such as slump, air content, compression, and temperature for concrete.
+ Conduct density tests for soil and aggregates, as well as proctor and Atterberg limits tests.
+ Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports of testing results.
