Job Description Oversee and manage K-12 construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and keep projects on track. Prepare and present detailed updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout all phases. Manage budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Implement rigorous quality control measures to deliver exceptional construction standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction PM - K-12 should have: Proven experience managing school construction projects from start to finish. Deep knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to keep projects on track. Strong communication and negotiation abilities for effective stakeholder management. Proficiency in project management software and construction tools. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
