Construction Programmer (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Construction Programmer to work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to ensure projects remain on programme, within budget, and properly coordinated .

This role focuses on planning, tracking, coordination, and control , rather than software development. You will be responsible for keeping programmes accurate, monitoring procurement and budgets, and ensuring key actions are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Programme & Schedule Management

• Develop, maintain, and update construction programmes

• Track progress against programme and highlight risks or delays early

• Work with Project Managers to re-sequence activities where required

• Ensure key milestones are met and clearly communicated
