We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the equipment and temporary services business, conducting day-to-day operations for a project in the Albany, NY area.
Responsibilities
+ Execute a mega-site equipment rental program, providing equipment rentals to all trade partners onsite.
+ Understand all aspects of the equipment and services business, utilizing key performance indicators for decision making and leadership recommendations.
+ Perform duties and transactions related to purchasing, equipment fleet and inventory management, scheduling, billing, and customer relations using established processes.
+ Partner with customers to provide suggestions and solutions for their equipment and service needs.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in selected product lines of equipment and temporary services.
+ Prepare equipment and service bid packages as needed.<...
