Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide support to the team of Project Managers while placing an emphasis on processing orders in a timely manner.
Provide Signature Service by building and maintaining client relationships. This can be done by proactively engaging with clients on current and potential work and anticipating and troubleshooting obstacles before they happen.
Create, prepare, and manage the collection of required content and assets for all clients and projects assigned, to set the Operations Team up for success. Ensure documentation is uploaded to the appropriate files.
Work closely with the sales and measure teams, and clients, to ensure projects are properly started and completed on time and on budget.
Create detailed work requests and schedule for the measure team based on client objectives and expectations, using our existing forms and technology.
Assist in permitting when necessary.
