Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently seeking a Project Director to be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing a major factory construction project in Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting and supporting the Business Development Director during the project design and cost evaluation phase by addressing the clients’ requirements, conditions, and processes

  • Taking responsibility for project management, particularly regarding timelines, costs, and quality, including tendering, awarding, and coordinating subcontractors, as well as contract management on both the client and subcontractor sides

  • Overseeing and managing all technical processes across all project phases
