Construction Project Engineer (Supervisor/Managerial)

Overview

The position provides overall supervision of their assigned projects across varying project stages—from land development to turn over of subdivision to homeowners association and to local government units. Likewise, it is responsible for ensuring quality and proper completion of projects within the established timeline and budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Visits job sites to ensure quality of projects and assesses concerns of site engineers;

• Analyzes availability, status, and usage of equipment and takes necessary actions in case of breakdown or insufficient equipment;

• Monitors actual project expenses through financial reports obtained from the Accounting Department, ensures cost incurred are within the allocated project budget, conducts variance analysis, and submits variance reports to the Operation Head;
