Job Description
The Construction Project Lead oversees the scheduling, coordination, review, and approval of all Architectural and Engineering (A&E) construction documents for new store projects. This role ensures all documentation maintains the integrity of company Specifications Manuals and design standards, supporting large-scale retail construction and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities• Receive, manage, and distribute A&E drawing submittals to external consultants for review
• Ensure reviews are completed accurately and on schedule; manage and train external review consultants
• Create and distribute review reminders and documentation to support timely approvals
• Manage outside consultants for REH site surveys and HVAC M plans; review pricing and invoices
