Construction Project Manager

iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client, a growing construction firm in Albany NY. This is an on-site position in Albany NY. If you are detail oriented and like to manage on-time and on-budget mid-size construction projects from preconstruction to project close-out, then this is the job for you!

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects: estimating, bidding, planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to contract specifications.
• Build and manage project budgets.
• Track costs, approve invoices, manage change orders, and forecast financial outcomes.
• Report project financials and performance to senior leadership.
• Provide direction to Project Coordinators, Assistant PMs, and Site Superintendents.
