About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in estimating, adherence to compliance standards, and effective delivery across multiple concurrent projects. This position requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a commitment to professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery from contract award through to practical completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and supporting project staff.
- Lead construction program development and ensure key milestones are met.
- Oversee contract administration, including claims and variations.
- Conduct site visits and maintain strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality obligations.
