Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description
Join a leading construction management firm that undertakes diverse projects across sectors including mixed-use, multi-family, educational, corporate, healthcare, industrial, sports & recreation, and government. This role involves managing a significant project located on-site in Erie, PA, with the opportunity for candidates located within a two-hour radius or local to Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
+ Manage projects with a budget of $100M or more.
+ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
+ Balance office and on-site responsibilities, with a 50/50 split.
+ Coordinate with the Project Superintendent and report to the Project Executive.
+ Ensure budgets are adhered to throughout the project.
+ Oversee and execute the mechanical engineering and construction aspects of the project.
+ Fulfill a salaried role that may require more than 40 hours per week.
+ Utilize knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam within the MEP domain.
Essential Skills
+ Proven project management or project engineering experience.
+ Bachelor's degree in an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) field.
+ Experience in mechanical construction or as a professional engineer.
+ Experience in general contracting and OSHA compliance.
+ Knowledge of multi-family and commercial construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 4-year degree in an AEC field or equivalent industry experience.
+ 5+ years of project management experience specifically in mechanical construction or design.
+ Proficiency in project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Autodesk.
+ Experience with projects valued at $50M+ is advantageous.
+ An MEP skillset or a PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus.
Work Environment
The company headquarters are located in Cleveland, OH, featuring a newly renovated office space. This position is based on-site at the project location in Erie, PA. The role is field-oriented, requiring work on-site with trailer accommodations provided. The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr.
