This remote position requires travel to sites in California and possibly Arizona, operating in PST, MST, or CST time zones. The role involves overseeing the construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center fit-out projects.
Responsibilities
+ Manage onsite construction, commissioning, and turnover of data center fit-out projects in leased properties.
+ Support the Lead Construction Manager, including contractor, designer, and vendor management.
+ Own the construction scope, including retrofits of existing data halls and build-outs of new spaces within the leased portfolio across North America.
+ Coordinate projects between contractors, landlords, consultants, and cross-functional partners.
