Construction Project Manager

The Project Director will lead the end-to-end delivery of real estate development projects from concept to handover, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality, safety, and compliance while managing multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle: feasibility, design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to approved quality standards
• Establish project execution strategies, master schedules, and delivery frameworks
