Construction Project Manager (Engineering & Commercial relocation)

FocusKPI is looking for a  Construction Project Manager (Engineering & Commercial relocation) to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

The Construction Project Manager will lead and coordinate all phases of the client's relocation to a new San Francisco facility, from pre-construction through move-in and closeout.  This role is responsible for managing design and construction teams, managing the budget and schedule, navigating SF permitting and inspections, and ensuring the space is delivered safely and compliantly, ready for occupancy with minimal disruption to operations.
