AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager that will be working out of our Fort Lauderdale office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversees the design and permitting for all projects assigned.
- Coordinates project requirements, as needed, with 3rd party agencies.
- Manages the design consultants and CM deliverables.
- Provides input required for the Monthly Program Report relative to current status and issues to the Construction Manager.
- Reviews and recommends approval of construction delivery proposals.
- Evaluates, coordinates, and provides recommendations to the Construction Manager for changes and/or modifications to design consultants, contractors' scope of services.
- Manages all deliverable reviews and resolves review comments with design consultants.
