Construction Project Manager

Job Description Job Description Responsible for the full life cycle of the projects from estimating to closeout. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project overall from beginning to end for our scope of work. In collaboration with Superintendents, you will have overall accountability for costs, schedule, safety, and quality of projects. Work well with clients/vendors while being flexible, positive, and an effective team member. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation. Work with General Superintendent to allocate resources for assigned projects. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, clients, and fabricators. Cultivate and maintain positive, productive relations with project team members, client/general contractor, suppliers, etc. with fabricators to receive reasonable order costs.
