A leading company in the healthcare sector is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join its team in Madrid.
Our Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects within healthcare environments , ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and quality standards, while meeting budget and schedule objectives.
- End-to-end management of construction and refurbishment projects in healthcare facilities.
- Definition, control and monitoring of project budgets, timelines and scope.
- Anticipation, detection and mitigation of technical, regulatory and financial risks.
- Management of tender processes and selection of contractors and technical consultants.
- Coordination and supervision of on-site works, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Monitoring of milestones, certifications and administrative documentation.
