Overview

Salary Package: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 / month (negotiable depending on experience)

Allowances: ₱2,000 – ₱5,000

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

  • Take full responsibility for project planning, execution, and day-to-day site operations
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Coordinate closely with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance on-site
  • Review construction plans, shop drawings, and methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, and cost updates for management review
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Procurement teams regarding project requirements
