This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities for EBM personnel and subcontractors in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of agricultural structures, facilities, and material handling systems. The Project Manager will also oversee scheduling, coordination, and workflow optimization for crews, equipment, and materials across EBM divisions, managing both long-term projects and short-term service needs such as breakdowns and repairs.
