Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- Strong experience in MEP services
- (Electrical, water supply, sewer, storm water, external services, coordination)
- Prior experience in plotted development / township projects is a MUST
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- (Ability to read, mark-up, coordinate and verify execution drawings)
- On-site execution experience (not purely planning or PMC roles)
- Manage
