Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage high-end residential fit-out projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution, coordination, and site operations
• Ensure quality control and compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering (licensed is a plus)
