Project Manager – Redhill, Surrey – Shell & Core + steel frame extension to existing Hospital - 12 month initial project with work to follow - March start date - PERM role
Our client is a commercial contractor who work around London & Surrey, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project in Redhill and join their team on a permanent basis
Project Manager will be expected to:

Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
*
Coordinate/ book all trades
*
Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
*
Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
*
Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
*
Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
Skills/ Qualifications required:
*
SMSTS & CSCS Card
*
