Construction Project Manager (Remote position)

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager that is able to manage new building and turn key building construction projects. You will oversee new building projects in the mid-atlantic region. Our client is a well established organization that is growing and looking to add an additional team member. The ideal Project Manager will have experience in the following areas;

Ground Up Construction 

Turn Key building projects

Design, Engineering knowledge

Site Utility and Foundation knowledge

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Scopes.

Submittals and Permitting Procedures

Sub-Contractor Management 

Customer Facing and Main Point of Contact

Preferred skills include:

Would be able to manage ground-up, turn key projects including:

Design, Engineering, Submittals, and Permitting Processes

Site Utility Work

Foundations

Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Scopes
