Project Manager II – Commercial Construction

Location: Santa Rosa | On-Site

Compensation: $135,000–$150,000 DOE + Vehicle Allowance & Benefits

Unger Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead commercial construction projects across the North Bay. This role is for a seasoned PM who can independently manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, while building strong relationships with owners, trade partners, and internal teams.

You’ll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, provide strategic direction to the field team, and mentor Project Engineers as projects move forward.
