Responsibilities

of the Construction Project Manager Position
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple data centre construction programmes.
  • Lead pre-contract activities, maintain accurate project records, and ensure all site documentation and inductions are completed.
  • Review and communicate design details, monitor progress against key milestones, and identify specialist requirements.
  • Coordinate project meetings, share updates, and ensure actions are completed to keep delivery on track.
  • Maintain and update health & safety documentation, monitor on-site compliance, and support welfare and training standards.
  • Develop project programmes, manage resources, and resolve progress issues proactively.
  • Monitor budgets, variations, and margins while supporting pricing and tenders for new opportunities.
