Title: Construction Project Manager Duration: Full-Time direct hire Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Job Description: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the design specifications, budget, and schedule Review project plans and specifications, build project schedules, make recommendations of potential cost-saving measures, and identify project areas of improvement proactively Complete job cost breakdowns, schedule of values, and review/approve project billings Work with general contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project schedules, RFIs, and change orders as needed Order mechanical and plumbing materials per the project specs to ensure delivery in accordance with project schedules Coordinate with field superintendents on manpower needs based on the project schedule.
