We’re seeking a mid‑level Project Manager with strong, hands-on experience leading commercial or government renovation projects—ideally 5–7 years as a PM , and ~15 years overall in the industry. This person will manage multiple active TI projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead 2–3 concurrent projects (mostly tenant improvements; no ground‑up required)

• Manage day-shift PM responsibilities for projects operating at night (supported by internal QA team)

• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scopes, schedules, and delivery

• Interface directly with owners, government agencies, and commercial clients

• Develop and manage PMPs, CMPs, and RFP responses
